a short visit on the Pacific side
The grounds of the Los Suenos Marriott Ocean and Golf Resort

I was a tagalong to a destination wedding at the Los Sueños Marriott Ocean and Golf Resort in Heradurra, Costa Rica. It was a short trip, but we managed to get in a couple of side trips.

The hotel resort was extremely beautiful, so we were quite content relaxing by the pool .... hanging around with the bats that were in the nearby palms!

BATS
I'm sure it was on one of the very last days that we realized there were bats hanging out in the palms over the pool. That was worse than the iguana on the restaurant roof that looked like he was about ready to take a nose dive into the pool.
